• Develop premium quality products from sketch in a sustainable manner whilst ensuring product margin goals are met.
• Manage product data input and continuous updates in the PLM system (product/linelist).
• Support in sourcing of new suppliers and fabrics.
• Request and check proto/photo/SMS and pre-production samples, approve and initiate the next step.
• Participate in fitting meetings together with designer and product manager. Prepare sample fit/making comments and send to suppliers according to timeline.
• Communicate with suppliers on timing and actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate prices of new and running styles.
• Manage the capacity and fabric booking together with the PM.
• Production follow up according to specifications and demands on quality and delivery.
• Work with product/design/supply team to ensure standard processes across teams/divisions.
• Traveling to our suppliers may occur.

• Academic degree, from business school and/or textile education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a product development or production role preferably from high quality brands.
• You are structured and organized and have an eye for details.
• You have strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Excel.
• You are brilliant at communicating in English - and preferably more languages.
• You have relevant and documented higher education within textile or purchase.
• You are intrigued by sustainability and can work in fast paced environment.
